Church Media Kit pricing: what the monthly plan currently includes
A current buyer guide to monthly plans, included Seats and generations, the trial, video-upload allowances disclosed on the pricing page, and fit questions.

As of October 5, 2026, the live pricing page lists Starter at US$29.95 per month with five generations and two Seats, Growth at US$59 with eleven generations and five Seats, and Volume at US$119 with twenty-five generations and eight Seats. The published terms describe one Owner and role-based access; active Team Members and pending invitations count toward the plan’s Seats. Add-on Seats are not offered. Check the linked pages for the current offer before purchase.
Eligible new Owners can start a card-required seven-day trial with one generation, one Church Page, and one Seat. The paid plans are monthly. The published pricing page is the source for the offer and allowance details.
Before paying, compare the Checkout total and renewal details with the published pricing page and terms. The terms explain cancellation, refunds, taxes, and post-cancellation access; your church should read them before purchase.
Plan work against the generation allowance and renewal date shown in the current pricing page. The page describes a paid-period allowance; the account flow and published terms govern plan changes.
The offer ledger
This ledger separates the reviewed offer from questions a buyer still needs answered.

|---|---|---|
| Price | Starter US$29.95, Growth US$59, or Volume US$119 | The live Checkout page shows the selected amount and currency |
| Billing interval | Recurring monthly | The subscription renews on the interval shown in Checkout |
| Church and Seats | One Owner; Starter 2 Seats, Growth 5, Volume 8; legacy plans 2 | Confirm the active plan and current Seat usage in Settings |
| Sermon Kit allowance | Starter five, Growth eleven, or Volume twenty-five successful full Sermon Kits per paid Stripe billing period | The displayed renewal date and current usage are correct for the account |
| Trial | Eligible new Owner; card required; seven days; one generation, one Church Page, and one Seat | Confirm eligibility and the first charge date on the pricing page and Checkout |
| Annual plan | None in the reviewed offer | No annual commitment or annual discount is being applied |
| More generations | No extra-kit or credit-pack purchase is listed | The Owner can upgrade plans in Settings; check the displayed change and any prorated charge before confirming |
| Team access | Fixed Seats include the Owner, active Team Members, and pending invitations; role-based access is available | Confirm each invited person has an individual account and an appropriate role; sharing credentials is unnecessary |
| Plan changes and cancellation | The Owner changes plans or cancels in Settings | Confirm the effective date and any pending downgrade shown in Settings |
| Payment details and invoices | Stripe Customer Portal | Use the Portal for payment details and invoice history, not plan changes or cancellation |
| Taxes | See the published terms and the final Checkout total | Confirm the amount for your location before purchase |
| Refunds and cancellation | See the current published terms | Read the linked terms before purchase |
| Verse of the Day | Inclusion and allowance treatment are not settled here | Whether the purchased plan includes it and whether it affects the Sermon Kit allowance |
| External publishing | Excluded from the current subscription | Use your church’s existing publishing process; the public publishing feature is marked coming soon |
The right-hand column flags details that can change the practical cost or make the plan unsuitable even when the headline amount fits the budget.
What one full Sermon Kit means
The allowance is tied to a full Sermon Kit generation, not to a social post, design page, image download, caption edit, or platform destination.
The Sermon Content workflow starts with a public YouTube sermon link that your church has the authority to use. Usable captions are the standard input; when they are missing, the current intake also accepts a manually supplied transcript, manuscript, or notes with at least 40 words. The public-YouTube Sermon Content intake does not transcribe audio.
The workflow prepares editable static-content drafts from that sermon. A person at the church still reviews the source, wording, theology, facts, design, accessibility, and publication decision.
The offer does not turn a plan allowance into a promise of a particular number of posts. One sermon may support several useful static drafts. Another may support fewer. Your team may reject pages, combine ideas, or decide that a sensitive part of the sermon should not become social content at all.
The pricing page separately discloses video-upload allowances: Starter allows four uploads up to two hours each, Growth eight up to three hours each, and Volume twenty up to four hours each per paid period. Trial includes one upload up to two hours. See pricing for the full rules; this guide does not extend those allowances into claims about video outputs or editing.
Why "per billing period" is not "per calendar month"
A Stripe billing period follows the subscription's renewal boundary. It does not automatically begin on the first day of each calendar month.
If a subscription begins on September 12 and its next renewal is October 12, the selected plan's allowance belongs to that Stripe period. It should not be described as a calendar-month allowance. The renewal date shown in the account is the useful date to plan around.
This distinction matters during sermon-series planning. A church that prepares one kit each week may occasionally have five Sundays inside one billing period. A special service, conference, or guest speaker can add another source. Look at the actual renewal boundary before promising a kit for every event.
The published pricing page describes allowances per paid billing period. Check it and the terms for the current allowance and any plan change before purchase.
Plan around the billing period
A Stripe billing period follows the subscription renewal date; it does not automatically begin on the first of the calendar month. For example, if a plan renews on October 12, use that date to plan work for the period. Check the account and published terms before changing plans or estimating available generations.
The Owner can upgrade in Settings. Review the effective date and any prorated charge shown before confirming. The published page does not list add-on generations or credit packs, and Volume is the highest listed generation allowance.
What the allowance does not guarantee
The listed generation allowance is not a promise of a set number of usable posts, hours saved, or outcomes.
A source may lack usable captions. The church may not have the rights needed to use it. A provider can fail. A generated section may need attention. An uncertain provider result may need reconciliation. A reviewer may decide the draft is inaccurate, pastorally unsuitable, inaccessible, or not worth publishing.
The plan also does not guarantee a set number of usable graphics, hours saved, posts published, views, engagement, attendance, or ministry outcomes. Those results depend on the source, the editing and review work, the channel, the audience, and decisions outside the software.
This is a useful budgeting test. If the purchase only makes sense when every allowed kit succeeds, every generated page is usable, and every post performs well, the plan rests on assumptions the offer does not support.
What is excluded from the reviewed plan
The offer has fixed Seats, a monthly generation allowance, and the video-upload allowances disclosed on the pricing page. The following are not included in the current offer:
- annual billing or an annual discount;
- an overage charge for a Sermon Kit beyond the selected plan's allowance;
- prepaid generation credits;
- add-on Seats or a separate in-product approval chain;
- audio transcription for the YouTube intake when captions and manually supplied text are unavailable;
- a verified promise that Verse of the Day is included;
- a verified promise of live social publishing;
- guaranteed output, turnaround time, savings, reach, or engagement.
An exclusion is not automatically a defect. A fixed-Seat static workflow may be exactly what a church needs. Compare included Seat limits and the external-publishing exclusion with your church’s workflow.
Questions to answer before checkout
Ask these questions while the pricing page, Checkout page, final terms, and product demonstration are all open. Save the answers your church relies on.
Does Checkout match the offer?
Confirm the selected amount is US$29.95, US$59, or US$119, the currency is USD, and the interval is monthly. If eligible, the new-Owner trial includes one generation, one Church Page, and one Seat for seven days. Check the first charge and renewal details in Checkout.
What happens with tax?
The published terms require applicable taxes. Check the final total and tax line in Checkout for your location.
What are the refund and cancellation rules?
Read the published terms: the Owner cancels in Settings, trial cancellation prevents the charge and ends trial access immediately, and paid cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refund eligibility is limited by the terms; duplicate charges and material errors are handled separately. The terms also describe which Seat remains after cancellation. Account deletion and removal of third-party content are separate actions.
What happens to an unresolved kit?
Ask how generations are counted if an attempt fails or a result is uncertain. Read the plan details and terms rather than assuming every attempt or retry is treated the same way.
Is Verse of the Day part of the purchase?
Verse of the Day is not listed among the paid plan inclusions on the current pricing page. Check the source and permissions for any scripture content separately.
Which destinations work now?
External publishing is excluded from the current subscription. Use the church’s existing approved process for publication.
How to compare the price with other tools
Do not rank sermon tools by the first monthly number on each page. The public plans use different allowance units and cover different jobs.
This snapshot was rechecked on October 5, 2026. It records vendor claims, not independent tests. Prices and plan contents can change, so open each linked page before making a decision.
| Public plan entry | Price shown | What the vendor uses as the plan shape | Why it is not a direct match |
|---|---|---|---|
| Church Media Kit pricing | Starter US$29.95, Growth US$59, Volume US$119 per month | Five, eleven, or twenty-five generations; 2, 5, or 8 Seats; Church Page; video-upload allowances stated on the page | Compare the monthly offer and allowances with your church’s actual needs |
| Pulpit AI Basic | US$39 per month | Five file uploads per month; vendor advertises document, audio, video, clip, transcript, and discipleship-content jobs | Broader inputs and video outputs, plus a trial and annual option |
| Sermon Shots Silver Suite | US$67 billed monthly | Ten upload hours per month; vendor advertises clips, transcription, quote images, carousels, guides, and other outputs | Time-based upload allowance, video work, trial, and annual option |
| ChurchSocial | See current vendor pricing | The vendor describes a modular social planner with optional sermon and graphics tools | Open the current offer; pricing and add-ons may change |
A fair comparison records at least these items for every option:
- the source it accepts;
- the allowance unit, such as successful kits, uploads, or hours;
- the outputs the vendor actually includes;
- the editing and human-review work left after generation;
- account owners, seats, roles, and approval controls;
- trial and monthly or annual commitment;
- overage, add-on, tax, and cancellation costs;
- export and publishing boundaries;
- the evidence you saw in a live demonstration.
Once those rows are filled in, the headline price becomes one fact among many. A lower displayed amount can still be the wrong purchase if it excludes the job your team needs. A higher amount can still be wasteful if your team will not use the added work types.
When this plan may fit
The offer may fit when a church wants editable sermon-based drafts, has people in the included Seats to review them, and its needs align with the current plan allowances. It also assumes someone can review the source, correct the wording and design, and make the final publishing decision.
The allowance can fit a weekly-sermon rhythm with occasional additional services, provided expected demand fits the plan’s generation allowance for each billing period. Your church should be comfortable skipping a kit when the source or review capacity is not ready.
When this plan does not fit
Choose another process or product if your church needs:
- a generation allowance above the highest listed Volume plan;
- an extra-kit or credit-pack purchase;
- an annual contract;
- more active Team Members and pending invitations than the selected plan’s Seats allow;
- audio transcription for the YouTube intake when captions or manually supplied text are unavailable;
- confirmed Verse of the Day inclusion;
- external publishing from Church Media Kit;
- service in a location that the seller has not confirmed it can serve;
- a fixed tax-inclusive total before the purchase flow establishes it;
- guaranteed output volume, turnaround, savings, or results.
A manual workflow may also fit. If one volunteer already prepares one simple approved post each week without much friction, another subscription can add more administration than it removes.
Frequently asked questions
Is the allowance per calendar month?
No. The reviewed rule is the selected plan's successful full Sermon Kit allowance per Stripe billing period. Use the account's renewal boundary, not the first day of the month.
What if an attempt fails?
Check the current plan terms and account details for how the generation is counted. Do not assume that every retry is treated identically.
What if our church needs more generations during the period?
The Owner can upgrade the plan in Settings. Check the effective date and any prorated charge displayed before confirming. The current pricing page does not list add-on generations or credit packs; Volume is the highest listed generation allowance.
Is there a trial or annual discount?
Eligible new Owners receive a card-required seven-day trial with one generation, one Church Page, and one Seat. The current pricing page lists monthly plans. The competitor plans in this guide use different trial and annual structures, which is one reason their prices are not directly comparable.
Are taxes included in the displayed price?
The published terms say applicable taxes are required. Confirm the final total and tax line in Checkout for your location before authorizing payment.
Can several volunteers share the plan?
Each Church has one Owner and plan-included Seats for active Team Members and pending invitations: Starter has two, Growth five, and Volume eight; legacy subscriptions have two. Invite each person with their own account and role. Team roles provide account access, not an in-app approval chain. Additional Seats are not sold separately. The Owner changes plans or cancels in Settings; the Stripe Customer Portal handles payment details and invoice history.
Does the plan include Verse of the Day or social publishing?
Verse of the Day is not listed among the paid plan inclusions on the current pricing page. External publishing is excluded from the current subscription.
What should we save before buying?
Save the offer, Checkout total, renewal date, allowance wording, final terms, tax line, cancellation instructions, and written answers to any material product question. That record gives your church something concrete to compare with the account after purchase.
The buying decision in one sentence
Evaluate Church Media Kit against the current monthly plan and allowance details, including generation counts, Seats, Church Page, and the separately stated video-upload allowance. Read the published terms and buy only if the offer and the remaining human review fit your church’s workflow.
Try Church Media Kit
Review what’s included and try the tools that fit your church’s workflow.
Eligible new Owners can try Church Media Kit for seven days with one content generation, one Sermon Video upload up to two hours, and one Church Page. A card is required, and the selected paid plan begins unless you cancel before the trial ends. Review the offer when choosing your plan.
